Transparency is important, so here we aim to showcase our products with brief descriptions of our practices in producing each.
Quail Eggs
Our quail are fed high protein crumble and fresh clover sprouts. Quail eggs taste just like chicken eggs but are higher in protein, iron, and B vitamins by weight. Approximately 3 quail eggs are the equivalent of 1 large chicken egg. The shells are thin with a thick inner membrane so are best opened with the tip of a knife or with special scissors. Fresh quail eggs peel easily after hard boiling. Quail egg scissors are available for purchase.
Chicken Eggs
Our chickens are primarily fed layer crumble & spent brewer's grain from a local brewery. Scratch grains, fodder and sprouts, and treats from the garden and kitchen are included regularly. The "girls" enjoy a protected free range environment. Our eggs come in a variety of shell colors to brighten your day! Available year round, with occasional limitations during the winter months.
Quail Meat
Our quail are finished on Non-GMO feed and supplemented with fresh clover sprouts. They are harvested and packaged at home using humane and sanitary methods. We operate under a federal poultry exemption which allows us to harvest and package at home without inspections. Each package weighs between 1.1-1.25lbs and contains 4-5 quail.

Simmer Potpurri
Our simmer Potpurri are made with dehydrated ingredients that can be stored safely until ready to use. They have instructions on the back of each tag. We strive to use natural ingredients as much as possible, a few of our potpourris have a couple drops of fragrance oil added if the dried materials need a boost. All ingredients are listed on the tag with no hidden ingredients ever.
Goat Milk Soap
Our goat milk soaps are made in small hand crafted batches using the cold process method. This method requires that the soap be cured for a minimum of four weeks before using. Our goat milk has a high butterfat content which gives our soap a creamy moisturizing texture to the lather, leaving skin soft and moisturized.
From the Garden
We started gardening for our own use, but are slowly expanding with hope to be able to offer small amounts of seasonal fresh produce and herbs. Additionally, some of our produce and herbs will be dehydrated and made available year round to enhance your culinary experience.
Goats and Sheep
We raise Mini Nubian goats and Hampshire cross sheep for our own meat and milk needs. Our milk goats produce the high butterfat milk used in our goat milk soap. Our small biosecurity tested herd is fed local alfalfa and grass hay, sunflower seeds, and quality high protein grain.
Live birds & Whole Prey Birds
Live Coturnix quail are available year round in various age ranges. We breed for size, consistency, and docility and are happy to answer questions and offer advice to help new quail owners be successful.
Quail can be ordered as whole prey for falconer, reptile, and raw feeding enthusiasts. Pre-orders are required for humane harvesting by weight and are frozen after packaging. A 50 bird minimum is required.
